How long does it take to build a custom home?+
Most custom homes take between 6–9 months from contract signing to handover, depending on the size, complexity of design, and council approval timelines. We'll give you a realistic schedule during your initial consultation.
Do you handle council approvals and permits?+
Yes — we manage the entire DA (Development Application) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate) process on your behalf. Our experience in North West Sydney councils means we know exactly what's required and how to keep approvals moving.
What is a knock down rebuild and is it right for me?+
A knock down rebuild means demolishing your existing home and building a brand new one on the same land. It's ideal if you love your location but your current home no longer suits your lifestyle. It's often more cost-effective than buying in a new area.
