What This Looks Like Across the Hills District
On the more exposed, elevated blocks we build on around Kellyville Ridge, Rouse Hill and North Kellyville, correct orientation and glazing make a noticeable difference to comfort through Sydney’s hot summers. On the leafier, established blocks around Castle Hill and Baulkham Hills, retaining tree cover for shade while still opening the home to natural light is often the more relevant design challenge.
